Joe was amazing. He had to navigate through three attorneys and ex-spouses (and yes, I was one of them) that would not speak to each other to sell a house that needed a lot of work. Add to all of that, I live on the other side of the country. He kept things moving to get the house listed, and went above and beyond what was expected. After the house was listed, we had it in contract within days and a smooth closing.

We were lucky enough to connect with Joe through a mutual acquaintance. We really couldn't imagine a better real estate agent. He helped us purchase our first home after moving from the Midwest to Washington. He was extremely patient with us as we figured out what we were looking for over the course of 6+ months. He put the hours in to make the process smooth and enjoyable. From the small details to the big picture, every part of the home buying process went better because we had Joe on our team. He also seemed to have no shortage of connections for the various other parts of the home buying process, and every connection was a success. We could not recommend Joe more strongly!

We couldnt be happier that we found Joe!! We read his other reviews online while doing our research for a local agent and he stood out amongst the others. So much so that when we coincidently ran into him at our first open house, we remembered all the great things everyone had written about him. We quickly met with Joe and he guided us through the entire home buying process. He made us feel important and supported with every step. We only knew our monthly budget and our dream town to purchase in. Nothing else. We asked many questions and received nothing but kindness, honesty and informative answers. Joe is very resourceful and has an eye for detail that helped since we were first time home buyers. Hes gone above and beyond to make our purchase feel seamless. Purchased our home in the dream town and we dont believe we could have done it without Joe by our side. We recommend him to anyone! Thank you, Joe!!
