        Really frustrating in my experience. It always says walk right in on the door but this is never the case, if I don't make a appointment online I won't the opportunity for childrens hair cut. The cuts are mediocre and overpriced in my opinion. Looks elsewhere.

        Came in at 10:05am for a haircut. Had 4 employees working and 4 getting haircuts. Was told it was a 95 min wait although my name was the only 1 on the list and 3 of the 4 getting haircuts were elderly. I returned 4 hours later and only 3 were working and 2 getting haircuts. Again, told 60 min wait!. I bailed and went to Bremerton location. Packed out and still only a 15 min wait with great results.
