This is normally my go to place for hair products but recently had a horrible experience. I was triple charged for one transaction and the lady working at the time informed me of the technical issues they were having. I checked my bank and sure enough three of the same charges the worker was very professional and helpful and so was the manager yet somehow I still haven't received a refund. I called and called and was eventually told to call the third party bank to which I was told they can't find anything. I've very frustrated and feel like this is extremely unprofessional from a store like this. Having my bank fix it now and will not be going back over 90$ for two boxes of semi permanent hair color absolutely absurd

I changed my one star to four stars. Somebody higher up apologized about my experience and resolved my issues.
