      image Seriously the worst rite aid pharmacy! They wont ever answer the phone, when they do they put you on hold forever, worst customer service, they dont know how to properly bill insurance. Go elsewhere!

      image Scheduled an appointment online for a strep throat test. Got a text confirmation with the time and address. Drove 40 minutes when I felt very sick. Used my only rest time today while my toddler was napping. Turns out they dont do step tests. Its so awful to do this to sick people.

      image Prescriptions are never ready on time. The pharmacist could have the request for days, but they never work on filling it until you come in. I wish this was the first time this has happened to me at this location but sadly it's now pretty standard. I have to plan on a 15-20 minute wait for them and to fill it while I wait otherwise it just doesn't happen.
