        We do not recommend ServPro for restoration work. After 3 months of no-shows, final estimates never provided to Insurance and conflicting and false information we are going to use another company..

        The Mitigation Team was excellent! I had a frozen pipe with major flooding through half of my house. They responded quickly and a great job. Everyone was helpful but three people stand out. Jessica, Jason and Donna. Jessica is very good at managing people and logistics and equipment. She is a clear and timely communicator and very pleasant to deal with. My floors took extra time to dry and she was helpful and informative throughout. Jason did the bulk of the cleanup process and used his ingenuity and creativity to solve some unusual drying problems. Donna is already famous for being a GREAT packer and left me boxes with very easy to understand labels. I enjoyed working with all of them. I will review the Reconstruction Team when that work is complete
