She truly loves the Sequim area, and she helped us get the perfect home in the perfect location for our needs. I dont know what the realtors are like, but I have attempted to use the Windermere website multiple times and given up each time. Every time it jumps all over the place, wont accept filters, and is frustrating. Other realtors websites dont do this. Dont blame this on boomerism, Ive tried multiple browsers and different platforms. Maybe this is a trick to get you to call them because you cant stand their website. You can forward this to your tech department.

This company is awful, particularly Dolly Sparks and Alan Burwell, the Designated Broker. Background: My father lived in a rented duplex they manage and sadly passed away a few weeks ago. My mom (his legal wife), my brother and I arrived from out of town to clear his estate, knowing that every day his property sat in there, we would be charged rent. My mom and brother were allowed to enter the property for a short period right when they arrived and had arranged to sign a written affidavit affirming our identities the following day to gain complete access and begin arranging for his things to be cleared. On our way to the office, we were told we would not be allowed to enter the property again until they consulted with a lawyer. After many days of being denied access to my fathers estate, and refused communication from this company, we were forced to seek legal council and obtain a court order to enter. This company had zero clue on how to handle a situation such as this, and their complete incompetence left us feeling like criminals in a time where grief and sorrow were already all-consuming. As travelers from out of town, we were required to come out of pocket for an entire extra week of unplanned expenses due to their ineptitude and seemingly crippling inaction. Dont waste your time with them. Their heartless actions, lack of communication, and ignorance is unacceptable. Unfortunately writing a bad review is about as much recourse as I am able to do. I highly recommend not giving your business to this company. As a landlord of multiple properties, I would be appalled if my property managers treated a grieving family like this.
