I was in need of finding a new commercial space in Sequim to relocate my business and the timeline was very tight to make the move. Thanks to Rod Dirks, we were able to find and secure a place that we loved in just A MONTH. Rod is a class act! He accomplishes things promptly, is extremely knowledgeable, and very communicative about changes or updates. Being a newbie to selling a house was daunting and overwhelming, until I met with Bill Leland and his wife Pam. I had met with other realtors, but still felt lost. Bill and Pam had a complete plan laid out on our first meeting! Their team handled so much more than I ever wished for. From Interior design (got quotes from several flooring and paint contractors, and kept an eye on the process) to electricians, septic inspections, tree and landscaping specialists... The list goes on... On top of it all, I live 2000 miles away! Their communication was excellent, and they sold my house 13 days from when it listed! Pam is the most organized person I know, and so kind, understanding, and always greets you with a big genuine smile. I couldn't have done it without them and am forever grateful.. I strongly recommend this team!

My husband and I just bought our first house all thanks to Rod and his team. His local knowledge allowed us to make the best decisions and avoid pitfalls, and he was especially good at breaking down the numbers for us with endless patience. After over a year of saving and dealing with unhelpful realtors, I was sent to Brody broker team and as a first time home buyer that did not know what I was doing at all Amanda was super helpful and patient as we looked at different homes I thought would be good because I could fix them and the price was in my range. We found a house that needs little work and is great for our family. It's our first home and Amanda was super helpful and responsive throughout the process. Would recommend her to anyone who is a first or tenth time home buyer or seller. She has an relationship with peninsula mortgage who fought for me to get a loan when no other lenders would.
I highly recommend Amanda and her team.
