Dr L and Elsey (his MA) were stellar during my visit. I had a referral from my PCP to come here and finally get a mole completely excised. There was a hiccup with the scheduling (probably because the system is down) and my appointment was made as a routine visit, not a procedure. Instead of turning me away and sending me all the way back to Silverdale, they found a way to make it work. I am so grateful that the staff was flexible and took care of something that Ive been putting off for years. I am certain that if I had to go back home without getting this procedure today, I probably would not have come back. Solely because of the inconvenience of finding childcare, driving, etc. Instead, Dr. L and Elsey accommodated me and put my health first. During the small procedure, Dr. L happily chatted and made me comfortable even though I was a touch nervous. Overall they made a stressful situation feel manageable.
