        This branch is less functional than the app. We took off work to open an account, we were turned away. We were told to use the app... If you live near any other bank, it is likely better. If you need to speak to a person, any other bank is likely better.

        Pathetic customer service inside the bank. Two tellers at the counter, only one would open their window to help while three people waited in line. The other teller just stared at her computer screen did not say a word to anybody waiting in line. Waited 15 minutes and left and went to Chase bank to take care of my business.
