        Their scheduling is a joke. My last two appointments have had scheduling issues. If I didn't have such great experiences with the Queen Anne and Capitol Hill offices, I would stop wasting my time and money with Banfield because of this branch.

        Not sure why banfield still asking me to Give a review especially when they killed one of our pug of 6 year old during a routine dental cleaning. I guess they dont care its all about money

        Staff are always amazing. Vets get to you as fast as they can... when you can get an appointment. Drop-off is sometimes attainable in a somewhat urgent but not emergency situation. The only thing I don't like is the pet-care policy that I'm LOCKED into. I am moving to an area where there is NO Banfield. Yet,I have to continue paying on the plan. Because it's a "year package" that can't be broken off. So, basically, I'll be paying for something I can't utilize.
