Dr. Schneider and the team at Family Pet Vet is amazing. My buddy was having some health issues, notably low appetite. The Dr. performed an extensive review, provided a detailed differential diagnosis and explained a program of care and next steps. It can't be overstated what a difference this is from my prior vet. My buddy is showing remarkable improvement from this morning. Thank you!

The staff here is super sweet! It seems like they all genuinely love their jobs here. I can always be sure my doggo is going to get the best care!

The vet is extremely inexperienced with international health certificate (time sensitive) but they failed to disclose that, after painful back and forth emails and phone calls with the family pet manager Christa, which eventually became my one sided emails and unanswered phone calls, I had to make an urgent appointment at another vet for $800 - and they did it within a day. 1. lack of experience and knowledge: The family pet couldnt provide adequate information and support to me to get the health certificate. However, they stated that they are certified to provide this service without disclosing they are inexperienced. 2. Terrible communication and care for customers: To make it worse, they ignored my calls, emails follow ups and voice memos, basically refusing to help when USDA asked them questions because of they are inexperienced. Leading to failing to address this very time sensitive issue and me having to go to another vet on an urgent appointment, and that vet was able to get it done with no problem within a day turnaround. 3. Unclear charges and bill: the final bill doesnt state the breakdown but just a total. They prescribed 20 pills for my dog and they gave me a quote when I asked. I was given total 6 pills but charged the same amount as 20.
