        I don't usually write reviews of places, but I feel compelled to here. Please do not take your cat to this banfield pet hospital. My impression is they work best with dogs, and do not accommodate cats properly. My cat's anxiety and stress has increased immensely since going here, and she now has severe separation anxiety that needs medication. Also, do not get their pet plan, they will keep you paying it for the full year, even if you want to cancel before then. Even canceling the plan was arduous, I had to fight to pay the balance and end the plan. Overall, the business seems more interested in making money than on treating the animals properly. Please beware.

        It was meant to be a drop off appointment and I was asked to wait. Vet saw the pup for a few minutes but I was left in the exam room, while he was being screened and vaccinated. Vet was meant to call and did not.

        Tried to bring a sick pet here, but they were closed during regular business hours. Very frustrating. Their voicemail didnt provide any additional info. I wasnt willing to drive in and just hope they were open and had a doctor available, so we went elsewhere. So I couldnt say how they are with animals. (Original 1-star review) [EDIT:] Banfield emailed me about this issue, and followed up with a phone call from their Practice Manager, who explained that they were dealing with an emergency situation of their own. So while I still cant offer feedback on their veterinary care (and still think they could do better to provide up-to-date info), their follow-up customer service was excellent.

        This place only gets a star because it won't let me leave a zero or negative star review. My best advice for anyone considering taking their furry friends here is don't let them talk you into joining the wellness plans. It's nearly useless and very costly and impossible to get off of.

        Ruben and Pamela were amazing. I called 15 different Banfield locations to have a last minute Appointment that needed to happen, and Ruben was able to coordinate that very important appointment for us. Pamela is also wonderful, so have a great time if you catch her on the phone, great location, great place great staff.
