image Awful customer service. They give mixed information, give suggestions that you dont need to get you to spend more, and make you wait forever to pick up prescriptions that you have to call 4 times to even get filled. Dont go to this location.

image Vets seems to change often, care is lacking nowadays. Care plans are vague and misleading or at least staff is lacking in tools to explain well and fully. We genuinely liked banfield when we first brought our pets here. It are currently looking for other care options.

image We just moved to the neighborhood so I scheduled a check-up for my cat to establish care with a vet nearby. Never received a confirmation of my appointment or a reminder. I ended up calling the morning off to confirm the appointment because I hadnt heard anything.
We show up and I was immediately given the sales pitch for the wellness plan. Then we went into the exam room and had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment started until the vet tech came in to take down some information. The tech asked me if my cat was vomiting or had diarrhea and I said no. We were just there for a check up to establish care. She said she was surprised that my cat wasnt vomiting or had diarrhea. She then tried to pitch me the wellness plan.
The doctor came in. Barely looked at my cat. I told the doctor that she had been almost 15lbs when I adopted her a year ago and we were working on weight loss. Told me she needed to have her teeth deep cleaned, it would cost $400 and if I paid for the wellness plan that would cover the cost. No comment on my cats weight.
Im skeptical about her needing the teeth cleaning because her previous vet that she had seen a couple of months ago said her teeth were fine.
I was really unimpressed by my experience and felt like all the staff cared more about selling me the wellness plan than they did about my cat. Going to the vet can be a really stressful situation for pets so making them wait in an exam room when they are on time for their appointment for 30 minutes is not only wasting the humans time but causing more stress to the animals. Ill be taking my cat elsewhere and getting a second opinion on her teeth before I sign her up for a stressful and expensive procedure.
