I have had over years a number of very good experiences with Uhaul but this one was so bad that I am appalled at the whole ordeal. Here is my story: well i reserved a unit in Bellevue Wa near where I lived, you guys tried to switch it to Seattle which would have been horrible since I needed to pick it up in the morning, and rush hour is horrible in Seattle, then you moved it to Redmond and I made arrangements to pick it up remotely before the shop opening. Then on Easter, while I was sitting in church I got a call from you guys as well as a couple of texts, thankfully my ringer was not on, and they stated that you moved it to Lynwood, this would have added about 3 hours to my day for pick up and return. I called up and said that it was unacceptable and I was not going to go to Lynwood. I booked the unit well in advance so I should have been able to get the truck near by me. Then you found one in Renton at your Rainer Ave location. Upon arrival at 7 am they did not have the truck I ordered nor an appliance dolly, which I also ordered ahead of time. I was told I could go to Ballard and pick up the truck I needed, Ballard would have been a waste of over 3 hours, in the end they gave me a smaller truck. The problem I had was that I had used your movers and I only scheduled them for 6 hours and since I had the smaller truck I had to make two trips. I ended up having to pay them 200 extra in cash since I did not want to pay the time and half. I also gave them a tip of 100 since they did an excellent job. You folks cost me a lot of time and money. I am sure you will do nothing about it but I am horribly disappointed .

If I could give the manager of this business on Rainier Ave in Seattle, I would rate him negative stars! We made our reservations yesterday, everyone couldn't have been nicer. We've used U-Haul on several occasions in the past, not one issue. However, when we showed to pick up the truck the manager there stationed on Wednesday, March 6th at around 1:30 pm immediately denied my husband service claiming he looked like a drug addict. I told him he's 59 years old and on chemo for stage 4 colorectal cancer that's why he looks wiped out. This was after I asked for service myself and was also denied. They wouldn't budge. Their decision was final bc "they didn't like the way he moved". He has cancer in his stomach and 2 hernias so he tends to bend over a bit. For him to disgracfully profile and discriminate vs us was cruel, unprofessional and illegal. What that poor excuse for a human being doesn't realize is I'm now on mission to get him terminated. I've been in contact with corporate will soon be addressing the CEO Edward Joe Shoen and lodging a civil dispute. Oh, Joe's going to hear all about this employee's insubordination. This is illegal and vs our civil rights! Check back later bc I plan to file a lawsuit personally vs Mr. Sunshine. He's going to regret ever mistreating me and my sick husband. I will see to that!
