Thai-U-Up Food Truck

Got the pad Thai tofu no spice. It was too sweet. There was a pungent smell of chicken which was off-putting. Flavor is lacking. Might be a result of ready made sauces.

This food truck is a big mess. They came to our residential community and it was a total chaos. I ordered tofu and the guy gave me chicken. Upon complaining, he said that I made mistake by not being clear. When I showed the food the guy at counter said it was fried egg but the cook said it was chicken. Leave alone courtesy, no one at this truck has any idea what they are cooking. This should be a case study on what not to do as a food truck.

Ive tried to order from here only to have my order cancelled due to them having a catering job. Ni problem. Try it again. Hours show open. No one answers. Not the best way to run a biz.

This has been my go to Thai place for years. It was always consistent and delicious! However, gsomething has changed. I ordered my usual noodle dish and it seemed to be lacking flavor and looked different in color. I thought they maybe forgot the sauce so I contacted them via FB to mention it in case they were training new people. I was disappointed with the follow up which was only Thanks for your feedback I tried to give it another try and same thing. Seems to be missing the flavor and the chicken satay was burnt and dry. Total bummer, used to be soooo good!
