I had used Carol Jensen as an accountant for 4 years. I didn't know anything about taxes in this country as I'm not born and raised in USA and had no idea what to do and how the things are working. I had no choice but trust her professionalism to serve my best interest as her client, especially with her overpriced rates. Well, I was set for a great disappointment! This year I decided to use a different accountant just to find out how unprofessional Ms.Jensen was. She never interviewed me properly, she never tried to request even enough information, so she can serve my interests. My new accountant found multiple mistakes in my previous tax forms that were prepared by Ms. Jensen. We all make mistakes, a real professional will work with you and try her best to correct, explain and etc. Ms. Jensen did not respond to my call and claimed that she never received my emails. Safe your self from troubles and find a real professional. It's very likely that it will cost you less. Thanks for reading.
