        I hired them to help resolve some tax debt that I had. I am not sure what they did for me outside of taking my money and very minimal work of filling out basic tax forms off of my transcript. I am still left to deal with my tax debt. They gave not responded to several attempts to contact them. They ghosted me ..

        Incredibly incompetent and unprofessional. I needed help with WA State estate taxes. The receptionist made me an appt with the wrong tax specialist. They didn't forward the documents to the specialist, so they had no idea what our meeting was about. They were over 30 min late to the meeting. Then told me they didn't want to help me b/c it wasn't going to pay them enough.
