In my opinion and experience, Sebastian is not a great rowing coach. He seems to always stick himself into situations where he is not needed. My biggest issue is his swearing, it is a middle school program which means that you should be using appropriate language. The reason I think Sebastians use of language is inappropriate is because like I said the people there are fairly young and in my opinion, it is common sense not to swear even if you are mad you should learn how to control that language and behavior because it can scar a child and they may start learning and using that language because they hear it from other people and are too young to understand that it is wrong. He is also not understanding and shows rude behavior at times. I hope that this can change for the better and college club seems nice though it is a little dusty but if you do go here I personally wouldnt recommend the middle school rowing programs.
