I carried two bags of gifts 6 blocks from my downtown apartment to box and ship. The website said the store closes at 5:30. At 4:15, while a UPS driver was loading up a dolly to exit, the clerk insisted he was closing up and wouldn't help me. It's the holidays man. Bad form.

I can't remember her name - I should've written it down, the young woman was extremely helpful after Amazon failed me. I had a 50" curved monitor break and after bringing it here I was able to get a custom made box for half the price Amazon was charging and I didn't have to worry about packaging it myself or waiting for a delivery  to come pick it up. Very helpful, quick service, nice people.

They charge $3 to print their own label. Don't bother giving them your business. The lady tried justifying that they are a franchise and supply their own paper, but a piece of paper does not cost more than a few pennies to print.
