Life Storage - Seattle

We rented two units here prior to moving into a bigger place and I cannot recommend this place enough. You can book your unit online and also notify them that you're moving out online, and they make the whole process super easy. The staff here really cares and is super helpful when you have questions or even just monitoring to make sure your stuff isn't stolen. My husband forgot to notify them that we were moving stuff out and someone from Life Storage called the next day to make sure it was him moving everything out and not a thief, which we really appreciated. Definitely recommend if you need some storage!

Getting my storage unit here was super easy! The staff is really friendly and nice. They also seems really invested in their customers and the upkeep of the building. Im super excited to rent here!

A Shoutout to Cory at Life Storage Simply Outstanding! I recently rented a unit at Life Storage, and honestly, I've got to take a moment to rave about the manager, Cory. He's the kind of manager that makes you think, "Wow, this guy really gets it." The place was spotless I mean, we're talking squeaky-clean levels that put my own home to shame. It's clear Cory takes immense pride in the facility, and it shows. But heres where it gets good Cory himself is a gem. He's got this warm way about him that makes you feel like you're chatting with an old friend. He's on the ball, too. Had a wee hiccup with my account, and there he was, reaching out to me even before I could blink, sorting it out with the kind of efficiency that would make a Swiss watch jealous. The guy's patience is admirable. He walked me through everything, answered my flurry of questions with a smile, and never once made me feel like I was just another customer. His knack for making the whole storage shebang feel like a breeze is a real skill. Let's talk about organization Corys got it down to a fine art. The whole process, from signing up online to actually getting to my unit, was smoother than butter. And throughout it all, Cory was the captain of the ship, steering everything toward one harbor top-notch customer satisfaction. Honestly, if you're on the hunt for a storage spot that comes with peace of mind and a manager whos a cut above, Life Storage is it. Massive props to Cory for running a tight ship with a human touch.
