Employees act like they hate their lives. I was the only one in store and it took 25 mins to make me a coffee and a sandwich. Good food but with the kind of customer service they have it is not worth it.

The charges of items are sky high but quality isnt. I ordered Green Gains shake which was suppose to be made of Spirulina, Cacao nibs, Avocado, Dates. They just made avocado shake with 5-6 cacao nibs toppings and handed over saying they are out of spirulina. ideally they shud have checked with me first if i wanted to change my order or cancel. i paid $20 for only avocado shake.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. I ordered a "power" shake that is supposed to have strawberry, bananas, and milk, and all it had was water and ice. Extremely poor quality for an exorbitant price ($12.66)!

I generally enjoy all of my orders from here. But today was so awful. My smoothie had fruit stickers blended into it. I thought they were chunks of dates at first then I felt something as I kept chewing and I pulled it out and saw the barcode on it. Im very understanding and can acknowledge that could happen on accident however, I realized it was blended throughout. I also ordered a vegan avocado sandwich (the vegan combo with a smoothie) which had mozzarella in it. I unfortunately was in a rush to work and ordered for pick up so I wasnt able to bring it back. Not only was there mozzarella in my sandwich but the avocado inside was literally black. So upset and disappointed with the quality in my whole breakfast this morning. I threw everything out.
