Had some good items, but no customer service. Walked around the whole store for a good 40 minute and no one asked if I needed anything or help

This store used to be good for the most part I dont know what happened here. Very hard to schedule service and if you do its way way out. Ive been calling the device department but of course no answer (which is normal ) I even called the front desk many times no answer. Im not sure how a business can run like this but here it is. This store has gone downhill for sure. Ive been wanting to say this for a long time

Less than happy with these guys. Still sitting here waiting on an order from 2 weeks ago. They blame their shipper for the delays, but I didn't buy from the shipper. 2nd order that this has happened with. Will be using other companies from now on.

Bought a new machine from these guys. We have been dealing with them since the late 90s. The customer service used to be excellent. Not sure what happened but this place suck the only reason we used them was because what we wanted was in stock. I will only buy from LPM in Spokane they treat their customers great and have exceptional service. Jon-Don be glad you got this sale you guys suck. My equipment was brought over a day earlier than the appointment per their request. They pulled it in immediately and it was not touched after they said it would be ready the next morning around 10ish. I called that morning to get an estimate to head down and they said 5, but they would call when it was done that was 8 a.m. I called back at 1 and apparently it was done for a few hours very inconsiderate dont waste you money with these Jokers. If you want great service call Nick at LPM Supply in Spokane he will take care of you like a real person and not just another ticket.
