        I highly suggest not throwing away the clients cloths, but to actually care and wash them.... Or how to properly cleans a urine soaked elderly person..... Remember God is watching

        They have taken poor care of my Grandmother, now she doesnt want to live anymore. I dont think thats what you are supposed to pay for in a facility that we thought was going to do a good job of taking care of her as she ages.

        My mom is 77 and lives here. They just raised the rent by a couple hundred dollars a month and the food is horrible. The resident tell the management of the food concerns but they don't care and haven't changed anything.
