        Check Yelp reviews before even trying to rent here, owner blamed me for a review I didnt even write and now I posted my own experience with them. Also saying checking Yelp is like saying check Fox News for real news means you think the 5 star reviews on your property are also fake? Interesting. Honestly this is hilarious on your end at this point. Ive only ever posted 2 reviews one on here and one on Yelp. Still trying to say Im mad that I didnt get my deposit back even though Ive never complained about it nor do I care about the amount. If you like being berated for reviews that you didnt post this is your guy.

        I have enjoyed living in one of the best townhomes on Delridge - the Christianson Development. The owners are very professional and quick at responding to some of my knit-picking requests. They truly are the best. My vote for best townhome in West Seattle. Love this place!

        I had a great time renting from Eric here at the Christianson Development for a couple years. Any issues were promptly resolved and Eric was always very communicative for any needs I had. If I were to move back to West Seattle I'd definitely consider living here again!

        *clarifying* Im not using my main email for this review due to privacy reasons, but I can assure you Im not confused. I am talking about the property on Delridge Way, I have spoke to Kaitlee and theres no reason for me to make anything up, it doesnt benefit me at all** The community is beautiful and the homes are immaculate, but the leasing agents arent as respectful as they should be to potential tenants. Good luck trying to get in contact with the leasing agents or their main office, they just seem to totally ignore all my attempts to get in contact with them. The only reason I kept reaching out despite the silence on their end is because the property is in a nice neighborhood and the unit is spacious. But, I will cut my losses and take this as a sign from God telling me greener fields are waiting.

      This is from a former tenant posting multiple negative reviews because she is unhappy she didn’t receive her full refund. The reality is that the security deposit is there for a reason. Telling people to ‘read Yelp reviews’ is akin to telling people to get the ‘real news’ from Fox.

      I have no idea who Nola is and she hasn’t tried to contact us at all. Kaitlee is the only manager here and responds to inquiries the same day by phone and email. Nola must be a fake name because she doesn’t meet our rental requirements. Since ‘Nola’ has acknowledged that she isn’t using her name, we assume this is Iris. We declined Iris and explained why and that is why we no longer communicate with her. If you feel you have more information to offer contact Kaitlee today at 425-224-5884. It’s not fair or accurate to say to we ignored you when in reality your anger is about the rejection of your application.
