I recently worked with Jenni from Pointe3 to sign a lease. I initially reached out via Zillow with mixed feelings about it given how many people never hear back from agents on Zillow but thankfully Jenni has been very responsive; I was able to tour the place in 2 days and lock in the lease in 3 days since touring. Overall, a pretty fast turnaround. There's been some back and forth for questions and clarifications but that happens with every lease. Plus Jenni has been very patient with all of my questions and very timely getting back to me. She's also been kind enough to advise that I ask her before submitting the application in case there's an active application pending since application fees aren't refundable and if someone gets the lease ahead of me, I would have wasted the $48 application fees. Overall, recommend Pointe3 and I can't wait to move-into my new place!

We worked with Dahlia Campbell and she is the absolute best!! She helped us buy our first house and she was with us Every. Single. Step. Of. The. Way. She is super knowledgable, always gives us advice especially that we moved to Seattle very recently and she made sure that we were only looking in the right, safe areas. She listens and prioritizes what we prefer, is very responsive, and soooo patient!! I can safely say that the best part of our house purchase journey was working with Dahlia.
