David was fantastic to work with and I would recommend him to anyone! As a first time buyer I was pretty naive when it came to buying a home, but David made sure I had all the information I needed to make a confident decision at every turn. From the beginning, I could tell that Davids priority was getting me into a house I was happy with, rather than closing a quick deal. David advised me on how to make a competitive offer, and ultimately helped me buy my first home (without even offering over asking). Im so grateful to have had a realtor as experienced and knowledgeable as David. I honestly couldnt have had a better experience!

How often in the real estate business do you find someone who has genuinely good things to say about their agent and/or the buying selling process? But David came at the enthusiastic recommendation of some very trusted friends, and I would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone I cared about who I wanted to make sure was in good hands as they buy/sell. I had a lot of questions about what to expect in the selling process, and David answered them all before I had to ask. He gives ample space and time for you to think through all the different pieces, and and never made me feel rushed or pressured once. In a very uncertain market, he brought knowledge, experience, steadiness, empathy, and calm all of which went a long way toward making what could have been stressful and painful into something manageable and understandable. David worked with my chaotic life and schedule and crossed every single t and dotted every single i on my behalf to make selling my condo work for me. I couldnt be more grateful.

We couldn't have been more thrilled with David's services. Before even moving to Seattle, he offered to show us around town to get a lay of the land. Once we moved to Seattle and got our bearings, he was so incredibly patient and educational - we were first-time home buyers and needed the extra helping hand. David clearly knows the area well, and his counsel was always diligently thought out and articulate. He was always willing to meet at a potential house...he's incredibly flexible. And we felt like he had our backs the whole way through the process. On top of it all, he's just an incredibly calm, cool and collected individual...we'll be referring anyone we know who is looking to David moving forward.

Working with David was A-mazing! He is incredibly thoughtful, responsive and knowledgable. We moved from Boston to Seattle about a month ago and you won't believe this but I'm writing this review from our new home! Moving from another state and as first time home buyers, I personally was freaking out about every step in the process and each time David never hesitate to give us more details about the process and take the time to meet with us when needed. We highly recommend him!
