Larissa is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating during our search and helped us get viewings incredibly fast. Once we found our dream home, Larissa expertly negotiated our offer and helped us facilitate a very quick closing. Throughout the process, Larissa routinely went above and beyond. She set up our home inspection, helped us find movers and even assisted with leasing out our previous home. At closing, we were blown away by the effort she put into a book with all of our documents organized for us. We were even welcomed home to an incredibly thoughtful gift and even some custom treats for our dog. Larissa is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what she does- we cannot recommend her enough!

When my sister passed away, I needed to sell her house to settle the estate. The house stank from decades of smoking, stained wood floors, and it was pretty run down. I asked around my circle of friends, and one of my closest friends had a very positive experience when Larissa sold her house. Anyway, I called Larissa and she helped me figure out what to do. Her background in home remodeling and design meant she understood the time frame, costs associated with making improvements. She provided information to make informed decisions. She was able to guide me to contractors and places where I could make affordable improvements with major payoffs. Besides being friendly and super accessible, I figure she saved me a lot of time, heartache and $$$. Many thanks to Larissa Wilson for our successful sale! My sister also had a rental property. The property we needed to sell had been a rental for years. Larissa advised me on which improvements would likely be worth it in terms of the house's sale price, and which upgrades weren't likely to pencil out. In the end, we had a bidding war with an escalation clause. The property sold fast - in 7 days. I'm grateful again to my friend who recommended her. Larissa was fun to work with. I really appreciated her sense of humor and straight talk. She educated me about the real estate business, cyclical trends and the housing market. I learned a lot so I could make informed decisions. The process seemed pretty smooth because Larissa is a real pro. She guided me through what needed to be done to position ourselves for success. Very cool.
