Dealing with Elink Realty has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my rental life and I hope no one experiences the same. Communication from the team was always unresponsive (for weeks) and they had broken numerous laws in Washington state as Property Managers including: - Billing FAKE invoices to tenants (and owning up to it). - Charging for carpet cleaning services when there was no damage done and only wear and tear existed. - Not fixing tenants unit refrigerator for 2 months. - Not fixing tenants unit oven for 2 years (after many maintenance requests). - Not fixing tenants unit sliding door which is a safety hazard to the tenants (fell multiple times on tenants). Elink Realty has unlawfully conducted business not only once but many times, and their customer service is beyond rude. There have been many lies and misinformation conducted by their business to unrightfully charge tenants money.

Don't lease from this company. They were/are a nightmare to deal with. I am not saying this to be dramatic. They are a complete scam.

Elink Realty Helen Yang able to work at a fast pace to sell my rental property quickly! Would recommend 10/10 if you're looking to sell your house fast for the price you want!
