Real estate may be complicated and messy. Change is always difficult. We have expectations and needs. Moving from where we are, cozy, comfortable and stable to the unknown requires not only courage but a guide. Who can we trust, do they have our best interest at heart? Youre going to need someone with quiet confidence, who will answer the complicated as well as the simple questions. Someone who will take the time to assure you there will be a realistic possible outcome for those needs and expectations. Someone who will go the distance when things do get messy, uncomfortable and discouraging. JC always takes the time to meet you on your level, make the impossible to understand clearer, and assure you there is a solution. As well as go that extra mile to add someone to your team who may make that unbelievable become a reality. It happened for me! Looking for a house can be very stressful and honestly I wanted nothing to do with it. Luckily we found JC and he made the whole process enjoyable. He made himself available anytime we needed to talk or look at houses. Another thing I really appreciated about JC is that he tells it like it is.(this was a big thing for me.) He doesnt rush you to make any kind of decision and at one point told us hed take us to a 100 houses if thats what it took for us to find our new home. Honestly you wont be disappointed if you team up with him. Seriously, let him find you your new home.
