I have been consulting with Dr. Chain for a couple years now and have really appreciated her thoughtfulness and insight as a psychologist. She has a lot of integrity, authenticity, is self-reflective and kind. Dr. Chain deeply cares for the well-being of clients and actively thinks about the best ways in which to support. Can't speak as to their counseling practice. But if you're looking for a counseling supervisor, don't pick this one. This person almost cost me my future in big ways. The only thing that remedied me getting kicked out of my program was the bigger supervisor above her asking to actually see my performance with my clients via video. Obviously there was a major discrepancy between what chain was telling management and what reality was. Because I completed my program. True to modern feminism, she dug up her own mole hills and turned them into mountains. She called me creepy, and did what she could to let me know I did not belong there.
