        Very thoughtful and caring people! My kid enjoys his days at the infant room. Lots of toys and newer facilities. When my kid has an accident they take the right steps and communicate well. Their open hours are also longer than most daycares

        Back up care through bright horizons is an absolute mess. Poor to no communication, lots of cancellations, long hold times, and no accountability. Avoid if you can!

        This place is fantastic. My daughter asks to go in the morning and hates to leave in the evening. We have used both the infant room and waddler room at BH, and have loved both. The teachers are wonderful, the facilities are well done, and the food is varied so my daughter gets exposed to a lot of new foods. This place is worth the exorbitant price tag.
