The cost of my water heater installation was in the range I was quoted and Johnny removed my old water heater and installed the new tank quickly and professionally. He was very efficient, wore a mask the whole time, and answered all of the questions that I had. We did have a small issue with scheduling the service, as we had to be rescheduled due to a staffing issue, but we were flexible on our end so it wasnt a problem. Overall, I was very happy with the cost and service we received.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Matt H with Freds Plumbing & Water Heater Repair. I was in a state of almost panic when Matt arrived, but he assured me he had everything under control. In a little under two hours he drug my old water heater from the basement, installed a new one and quickly assisted me with advice on another project. I noticed that my hot water tank was leaking this morning. I found this company on YELP with 5 star reviews and now I know why. I called this morning at 10am they gave me a window between noon and 3pm. Dillon called at 1pm to say that he was 30 minutes away. Once he arrived he assessed the hot water tank and gave me a very reasonable estimate to have it hauled away and a new one installed. He had it all done within 45 minutes. I found it interesting that he placed a drip pan underneath the new tank. What a brilliant idea. He was professional and personable. What fantastic service!
