Edit: I called them today (June 6) to schedule a faucet leak repair, and they were able to send a plumber out same day. He diagnosed the issue and fix the faucet, and also diagnosed a faulty washer in a shut off valve, and suggested that we replace them soon. He indicated he had the parts if we wanted them replaced today - amazing service and I really appreciate how he took the time to explain what was going on with the secondary leak and how it didnt need to be addressed immediately. I felt like there was zero pressure to fix it today, and I very much appreciated that. I did end up asking to have them replaced, and I am thrilled with the work.
