Very positive experience working with them. I hired them to correct the plumbing of a remodeled bathroom. Derek was great with explaining the project/scheduling and Rick did a great job with the work. The entire process was hassle free!

Really appreciated the professionalism and care provided by Rain City Plumbing. They did a great job and were extremely courteous throughout multiple interactions. Would highly recommend.

Found a very large puddle around my water main, I couldnt see the meter to see if it was spinning or find the shut off. Called Rain City Plumbing and Derek came out within 30 minutes. Tested a few things and talked it out and didnt think there was a leak. He was really nice guy and didnt make feel silly for calling them out! (Had the city come out later and they didnt think it was a leak either, probably just a lot of ground water). Anyways, once Im ready to do a couple plumbing projects in a few months, they will be my first call!
