I want to make clear that I did not hire this company, and that this review is based exclusively on my experience with his initial consultation. I discovered rats in my crawling space and was in need of a pest control service. But the impression this rats expert, Christian, did on me was terrible. He had all the red flags you can think of: - He had no proper gear to wear in such situations and showed no experience handling basic hygiene procedures going in and out of my infested crawling space. I even gave him disposable footies to put on but he came back from the crawling space to my kitchen with the footies still on! -He arrived 40 minutes late to his appointment, just after it was me who needed to text message him to see if he was going to show up. - he didnt inspect my crawling space at all. spent less than 10 secs in it and proposed to find the access point from outside, which he couldnt find. - his explanation was the rats were trapped inside your crawling space at the moment of construction. ...from over 6 months ago (!?)
