Hello Erik, You came to inspect our house about a month ago and you gave us lots of good recommendations. We are very grateful for your time and efforts. One of the things you suggested to us was to put some peanuts in each of the two crawl spaces in our attic as a way to monitor for any rat activity. That was a great idea! We did as you suggested and I'm happy to say that after checking the spaces each week for the past four weeks all the of nuts remain! We will now begin checking once a month and hopefully we have the same luck going forward. We did hear the chewing sound one more time since you were here coming from the same area that had prompted our call to you in the first place, but we are trusting that it is not coming from inside the house given that the peanuts have not been eaten. So, all of this is just to give you an update, and to thank you again for your help. We will certainly be in touch if we have more problems in the future. Thank you!
