The last thing on my mind that day in May was falling 8 feet down an open maintenance hatch in the floor of my gym. The hole wasnt marked. As I was leaving the gym, I didnt notice it and fell in. The result was a tibia plateau fracture, surgery and a months-long recovery period. I cant say enough about how grateful I am to Mike and Samantha for handling my case. They were on my side all the way. From the beginning to the end, they, along with the moderator, guided my husband and me through two mediations sessions that resulted in a fair settlement. I was impressed with their kindness, expertise, encouragement and good humor. They have a superb ability to get things done and done well.

I was referred to Mike by another attorney , Ed,. I was referred to Ed by an attorney I know 20 years , who also served as a judge. Ed introduced me to Mike after 6 months of his also excellent service, including his intro to Michael Myers as the right partnerat that point in case process, in being an advocate for my family and I.
