Several months ago, Catherine obtained a settlement for me after filing a lawsuit. I was badly injured when I was riding my bicycle to work, when a Lyft driver hit me. I broke my left arm, some ribs and collarbone. Not fun and a lengthy recovery. She advised me not to fear filing a lawsuit, and I appreciated her reassuring manner. Once in a while, when i was anxious about the process, Catherine would make herself available by phone. In the end, the result after about 10 months of her diligent efforts just blew me away. I can literally quit my job for a few years and perhaps attend grad school. This is something I only daydreamed about. Now, Catherine turned my bad luck into a future full of wonderful possibilities for me.

it turns out that a coworker of mine as well as a neighbor were in separate, bad accidents last night. When I spoke with each of them, I recommended that they contact Catherine immediately. Last year, when I was involved in a car crash during the infamous "Snowpacolypse", I found Catherine online. After speaking with her, I stopped searching because she was so knowledgeable and reassuring. In under a year, she obtained a much better settlement than I expected. She was so on top of everything and she (as well as her assistant) kept me updated every step of the way. If you need a personal injury attorney, please do yourself a favor and hire her already. Don't fool yourself into thinking that you can represent yourself and get a similar settlement from an insurance company.

It is truly hard to believe that Ms. Fleming is a WA State Bar Association member in good standing. Furthermore, it is hard to comprehend that she made it through any accredited school. Ms. Fleming casts a wide-net with many holes in it. She uses standard email forms and lawsuit forms improperly cutting and pasting different client's information in the fields, missing many, misspelling some and disregarding most things client-specific. Beware: Ms. Fleming will gladly take-on any-case at her cut-rate and definitely with derelict-service. Guaranteed, she won't win. Her specialty: false promises, preying on clients and then praying to win.

I used to make bad lawyer jokes. But then, in the span of several months, I needed a lawyer for my business AND one for a bad car accident. My neighbor had only great things to say about Catherine. So I gave her a call to get her thoughts about my business. For my business needs, she immediately put me at ease. I dreaded seeing an attorney for fear that my head spin would spin and that my bank account would get drained. Catherine methodically answered my questions, spent a ton of time at our initial meeting (never charged me for that) and then helped me sort through my options in a fraction of the time I expected it would take. What amazed me was how quickly she grasped the nuances of my business and the legal issues that I needed to tackle. To this day, she returns my emails and voice mail with lightning speed. I don't know how she does it, as she has a thriving practice. Then, most recently, my wife and I got into a horrible car accident. Unlike those cheesy lawyers you see on TV, she didn't push us to sign up with her. In fact, initially, she told us to hold off having her represent us. This amazed us and made us realize that she's the *opposite* of an ambulance chaser. She calmed us down and cautioned us not to sign away our rights with the insurance companies. She encouraged us to focus on our medical treatment and asked that we hold off retaining her as her attorney, even though we told her that we knew we wanted her to represent us. After months of getting repeated calls from our insurance company and the other party's insurance company, we went back and asked her to represent us. She agreed and quickly took control of the situation. In way less time than we expected (similar to the way she tackled my business' legal issues), she got us a generous settlement. After my experiences with Catherine, I have a whole new perspective on attorneys. If they were all like her, those jokes would not make any sense.
