I was referred to Janelle by the Dubin Law Group. Rebecca ensured a line of clear, prompt communication consistently throughout working on our cases. Janelle lead my cases with well thought out strategy that gave my cases the best possible outcome. Janelle demonstrated her extensive knowledge of the law in the court. She also demonstrated superior negotiation skills. Overall, Janelle is dependable and extremely capable of representing her client's in the best possible manner.

I called yesterday and had the misfortune of speaking with the "intake specialist" for this law firm. I did not appreciate how I was left feeling after speaking to the specialist for a few minutes. She felt the need to comment on how I was answering the questions she was asking me. She felt I kept "sliding away from the questions being asked". For this, she ended my call with her abruptly, stating she had enough for the attorney. This is very unprofessional and I would think that an intake specialist would be trained better in communicating with a potential client than this. I feel this person is an extension of the attorney and represents or misrepresents the attorney in his or her actions. Having said this, my case isn't cut and dry and is rather involved and some questions just don't have a simple yes or no answer like they would like you to have. I have been through a lot through no fault of my own and called because I really do need the care and compassion Attorney Bailey claims to have. Unfortunately, that call added insult to injury and I never received that call back. I probably won't as my ability to be represented at all hinges on whether or not the intake specialist is/was having a bad day or not.

I called several weeks ago, and provided my information and circumstances. I never heard back. The least they could do is give me a call back and say they are unable to take my case at this time.
