Despite receiving an email that my photo order was ready, it was not there for me. They reprinted it and somehow, checking my order out still required FOUR individual workers, sequentially, and each time a worker said "let me get someone else to help you" I had to wait for minutes because for some reason the employee door was broken so I had to wait minutes for someone to let them in and send someone else out. They also didn't explain to each other what the issue is, so every time I got someone new I had to re-explain an issue that I wasn't familiar with myself. No explanation was offered, no attempt to compensate or make things right or anything. I seriously considered just walking out with my photos without paying, since I had already paid half online. To top it all off my photos were cropped incorrectly. I chose this option because of the same day pickup rather than an online service. In the future I will not use this place for photos.

The lady there is so nice, shes so friendly that she found and printed the forms I needed free of charge. Much appreciated.

On 1/28/23, Angelique gave me quick and nice service for 2 passport photos. But 2 passport photos cost $18.71 with tax; it was $16.5 ish in 2019.
