        Terrible customer service. Was delivered my truck back after two days in their care with a nail in my tire, where the tire pressure was dropping about 15 kpa per ten minutes which proves that it happened when they drove it. Manager Bryan Zandi assumed no responsibility and laughed at me while I had to change it in front of the building. Embarrassing behavior. When the front desk manager waived the $120 I spent on the valet the Ace Manager went back and charged me behind my back because "everything has to go through him". Staff was also less than helpful, where I got no help changing my tire and the only suggestion of a solution I got was to rent a car through my own means, leave my truck behind, and drive the 14 hours back to Edmonton, Canada. Horrible experience. Find other ways of parking.
