I got my 10 year old rucksack #21 repaired here. They have a tailor on-site for alterations and repairs. They stand by their lifetime repair warranty, and their items are made to last. The staff is cheerful and helpful, and they have a good selection at the store! Worth a visit if you're in the area!

Had such a great experience here! Came in with my friend she got a backpack and I ended up getting a sweater. Unfortunately I dont remember the name of the employee who helped us but he was very nice,sweet and friendly! Amazing customer service definitely would come back and recommend the store to anyone. Although it can get busy they make sure you get the help you need if you need any. Thank you!

Wife got me a cool T-shirt for Christmas and I promptly ripped it when trying to tear off the tags. She brought it in and the staff offered a replacement (I would have been happy with a repair), no questions asked. Sounds like the staff were all very friendly and helpful too. Well be back!
