Okay so I went here May 2nd and got a full mouth extraction they did a wonderful job but now I'm having a little problem and I've been trying to get ahold of this office for the past 4 days now and every time I call it says that their office is currently closed for the rest of the day but online it says it's supposed to be open and no one's getting back to me so it's frustrating me but they do do a good job but if you try to contact them afterwards you may have a problem.

Weirdly, my review repeatedly has been removed. I needed a wisdom tooth extraction and decided to go here because this dentist accepted my insurance. Before the surgery, I was just told to rinse the food out of my gums with the syringe or I would experience pain. No one went over the care sheet with me, and I wasn't told how to properly care for them during the first 24 hours. I was super out of it the first day and rinsed my gums because I remembered what the nurse had told me, later I found out from the care sheet I wasnt supposed to rinse until day five. I was prescribed two pain medications and oral rinse, but no antibiotics. Later that night, I noticed all my wisdom teeth holes had developed clots except for one hole that remained open. The next day, I could still see a white bump that looked like exposed bone. After day 3, when I shined a light into it, it was white and filled with sticky pus no matter how much I flushed it. The pain from that one hole would wake me up crying from the pain. All the wounds felt fine except for that one. I could feel it in my ear and up the side of my face and jaw. I couldnt sleep, couldn't talk, and couldn't eat. I ended up going to the emergency room because I developed an ulcer from taking ibuprofen for the pain. When the doctor at the hospital looked into my mouth he said there was definitely an infection, prescribed me antibiotics and told me to see my surgeon ASAP. I could still barely open my jaw, had difficulty talking, and was completely out of my prescribed pain medication but I had to wait until after the weekend to schedule an appointment. I was taking Tylenol every three hours and there was still pain. I woke up at 6am the next morning and drove over 30 minutes to get to the appointment with Dr. Christi. I told the nurse everything, and she said it looked fine. The doctor put me in a visitor chair, shined a head lamp into my mouth and said everything was fine. Then, when he was using the syringe to flush out the hole, he shoved it in too deep and pierced the tissue of the hole. I started crying and he told me it was just anxiety. When I spit, it was bloody and there was pain deep in my jaw. I was scared and started to hyperventilate but he forced me to open my mouth again before I had even calmed down. He was extremely dismissive and condescending, saying, Honey, calm down youre overreacting. and I swallowed the rinse because I couldnt breathe. I told him for the third time I was out of medication and the pain in that one hole was severe. He told me to just use tylenol and left the room. It was maybe a 15 minute visit, I had my gum pierced and wasnt given any treatment for the wisdom tooth socket. I had a bad migraine from the pain for the 47 minute drive back home. Not giving antibiotics after an oral surgery is ridiculous, but not prescribing any after someone has been complaining about pain is absolutely absurd. This man is a lawsuit waiting to happen. My partners parents both work in dentistry and said he should have given me an actual exam, medicated ointment and antibiotics. I looked into my hole again later that night, and theres an injury in the hole where the surgeon pierced the tissue. I have been doing exponentially better since I was prescribed antibiotics from the emergency room doctor, but received no care and was completely disregarded by this clinic. Never ever coming here again. I left worse off than I was before and am pretty shocked with the lack of care at this facility. Not even prescribing antibiotics or any treatment for the socket no matter how much I insisted something was wrong makes me really worried where I would be right now if I had not been seen by the emergency room doctor.
