Dr. Russ was incredibly kind and patient while we worked through selecting the right daily wear contacts. Dr. Luong was also amazing in a pinch. I had a wonderful experience at ECS - Ballard and am glad I found such amazing eye doctors!

Dr Russ is exceptional. Smart, personable, and a focused listener. Our visit was efficient but not rushed. Dr Russ thoughtfully created a plan integrating my individual needs & preferences. A very personalized visit; not a templated version of eye care.

Had an eye exam at the Ballard location today and ordered new progressive lenses. My experience was excellent. Everyone I saw, from the front desk staff to the doc (Dr. Michalko) to Morgan the optician, was professional, personable, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I came here after several less-than-ideal experiences at another place down the street and I am so relieved to have found an optometry practice that I can trust to give me the best care possible.

both my wife and I did our vision exam and glasses there, the service was really great, Lee was so friendly and accommodating to our needs, he was very knowledgeable on the frames and lenses and we are very satisfied with the stuff we've got.
