I can't say enough great things about this place! I've been getting glasses here for many years and the quality and customer service have always brought me back. The ladies here are so knowledgeable and kind. To all my Asians out there, they have Asian fit glasses!! What a game changer, they're so comfortable!

The staff at Paris Miki located in Uwajimaya provide truly outstanding customer service. They carry a varied range of frame styles for any budget and will help you find exactly what you need. Their lenses are superior to anything I have found. You will return when new glasses are needed because they are so thoughtful. They consistently produce and support an excellent product. I have been a happy return customer for many years.

Outstanding service!  I've been a customer for a number of years. I ordered a pair of readers that weren't quite up to snuff and Paris Miki helped me pick out a suitable pair. I needed a smaller frame to accommodate a thinner lens. They're always friendly and helpful!

Our family has used the Uwajimaya Paris Miki Optical for years and years. The two women there are incredibly concerned about matching customers to the best glasses for their needs. In the past, they have caught errors in the Doctor's prescriptions based upon historic prescriptions and the natural progression. They keep those former prescriptions and check against them. The service is intensely personalized. Recently, I went in post-cataract surgery to get reading and driving glasses with progressive lenses made up of the frames of some of my past spectacles. Because the lenses implanted in my eyes took up much of my correction, I wanted to simply purchase the lenses and have them make them up. Because I also had some corneal surgery, the women urged me not to order all three yet. They pointed out that sometimes prescriptions shift slightly after that type of surgery in the months immediately afterwards. So, instead, they proposed preparing one set while holding up on to the other two until things settle down. If my prescription does shift, they will then have the other two made to the new prescription, otherwise they will put in the other two orders. Given that these are relatively elaborate progressive lenses, they are probably saving me a great deal of money in the long run. It would have been much more profitable to sell me the lenses right away and then sell me more later. They do not work that way. You really cannot go there without feeling the genuine concern these two women have for their customers. I really cannot recommend them more highly. And, given that their frames are of the highest quality, what more would one ask for. This is a good outlet for Paris Miki peopled by caring concerned and skilled women. They have my highest endorsement.
