Incompetent front desk staff. They make up their own insurance rules and can't give clear answers. After one year of trying to get my daughter services here, I finally spoke to their billing department who apologized for their staff not understanding the rules in regards to insurance and referrals. It wasn't that they just didn't understand the rules but they were harsh and coercive. Some of their staff is great and some just shouldn't be therapists at all. Erin is great and has good insight on how and why people behave certain ways. We may not agree on everything but she is professional and very intelligent. Cathy has great insight and is always willing to help. I appreciate her advice for my child. One of my children could not continue therapy with one SLP because it was not therapy at all. Let's call her R. R encouraged my child to not engage with family and sessions included long lectures of how to not socialize with family. My child couldn't take her sessions anymore and we quit. The sessions were so annoying listening to her whiny voice give her opinion on my child's condition and despite so many struggles, exclaim that my child's diagnosis was a gift.

Bit of a long wait to get OT services, But totally worth the wait. I have seen great progress in my child. Everyone there is professional and focused on doing what ever they can to help.

Every single person I have had contact with here has been phenomenal! They are empathetic and put the needs of the children first. We work with Katelyn and Jill and they are both fabulous. My son loves them and too to them both really quickly. They understand parenthood can be stressful especially when your child is not hitting their milestones. I literally sleep easier at night knowing that we have such a great team supporting us. I have been to another therapy center in the area and cant muster a nice thing to say about them. This is the place to be!!!

CTC has been a godsend for my family. My son was lagging slightly in his speech development, so our pediatrician recommended CTC for early intervention services to help him along. One year later with our phenomenal speech therapist, he is a talkative and verbal 2.5-year old! He's picking up words like rapid fire. He also attends a weekly class (sorta like pre-pre-school) and has an AMAZING group of teachers who are helping him learn how to be in a structured, social environment. He loves going there every week- and so do I. I'm a stay-at-home mom with no real support network outside of my family, and the staff at CTC helps me just as much as they help my boy. I have a kind and knowledgeable team of whom I can ask virtually any kind of question, and absolutely every resource I could imagine (and even the ones that I can't). My son is eligible for his services until he's 3 and I don't know what the next step will be, but I've been repeatedly reassured by my CTC folks that they will help me find the best path for him and won't just leave us high and dry once he graduates their programs. The gains my son has made while under their services have been dramatic, but I've also immensely benefited from what they do. They are just as nurturing to parents as they are to the kids they serve. I'm so grateful and impressed with CTC, that I want to pay it forward and help volunteer with them any way I'm able. Also important of note, they are a non-profit! CTC is truly the embodiment of community in every sense of the word. I am extremely grateful to have been introduced to them and can't say enough about how wonderful they are! Thank you, CTC! - Kristen and Dawson
