Qian Liu is a doll, so meticulous and has great recommendations for your unique nails!
Taleah is my go-to for gel, AMAZING nail prep care which is really what I mainly go for.
Also the receptionist Marissa is so sweet and patient - super helpful all the time!

I've been here a few times, and the experience is pretty variable depending on the nail tech. I've never been blown away by the quality of the service (they charge premium prices but offer a fairly basic experience with just a couple of minutes of massage for a gel manicure), and the final result also varies.
Last time I came, my nail tech took nearly two hours to do my gel nails. While part of this was her being careful to avoid imperfections while painting, she was really much too slow, re-doing multiple nails. And in the end, because of terrible nail prep (she left jagged edges on the nails after filing), one of my nails chipped later that same day. I called next morning (no response during business hours) and tried to get an appointment to fix it on the website (it's apparently not free!?), but that was never confirmed, either. In the end, I had to fly out of the country later that day with a chipped manicure.
I get that things like this can happen (though this is the first time I have had gel chip *that* quickly), but there has to be a way for me to reach the business to get it fixed, for free, when the service costs what it does. For now, I'm going back to Nordstrom for my nails.
