Bad customer service and follow-up! I started an application with them, and they never followed through with me, just left me hanging with no response. Apparently, if you don't have a bunch of money, you aren't worth their time. If you don't have any potential for them to make a sale or approve you for a loan, then don't bother. They will just continue to ignore you, and not email you back or answer any questions. I think it's sad that customer treatment and quality of service are based on how much money they have in the bank.

I am real estate broker in the local area, and Jon was always great about communicating with me throughout the transaction. I never felt left in the dark as to the status of the transaction, and it was so appreciated. A lot of loan officers in the industry either get too busy to bother, or just take it for granted that they will always have our clients business, and don't take the time to reach out & communicate. Jon called every Tuesday like clock work. I will be referring my clients to him in the future. Thank you Jon for making it a smooth transaction for myself & my clients.
