Wendy Ludlow and Kristin Hutzenbiler are an incredible team. Due to an issue with our original loan officer, we actually switched to Homebridge on Offer Review day. They were lightning fast and responsive, despite our needing help outside of business hours. Without them we wouldn’t have won our house. They also showed extensive knowledge in helping us as first-time home buyers navigate intricacies with escrow and the title company – even catching clerical errors on the title company’s end. The team here is exceptional.
