Awful. Simply awful. Eric claimed to be n expert in 401 K renovation loans. And he was NOT. If you're thinking of getting a loan from Eric, do yourself a favor and don't. You'll be sorry. My partner and I sure were. Our problems with our loan continue nearly a year after we closed.

I just worked with Eric Aasnes at Wells Fargo to close on a condo purchase. I had taken the quote from Eric but had chosen to go with someone else (Cobalt) but had a bad experience with them very close to the financial contingency deadline and had to urgently go back to Eric.Eric came to the rescue amazingly and was very quick with his communication and the overall loan process went smoothly as he kept me updated with how things are progressing. He made the whole process very comfortable whereas some of the other lenders I talked to seemed like car salesmen. Highly recommended.
