Jessica and her team are always available, patient, and can close the deal extremely fast. We are both first-time homeowners. We had a lot of questions but Jessica always answered them patiently. We also ran into some unexpected delays and Jessicas team was able to adjust their schedule to help us keep things moving. Most importantly, Jessica can close the deal extremely fast. Our seller asked for a quick close in around 2 weeks, and Jessica actually closed the deal in 2 weeks. We highly recommend Jessica to other homebuyers!

Jessica was the lender for the buyers purchasing one of my listings. There were some unexpected final conditions at the last minute that put our closing in question.
